- Manage team PR calendars and tracking documents
- Create departmental PowerPoint presentations and internal communications
- Coordinate monthly digital ‘Best of Press’
- Raise POs for Corporate PR budgets and ensure invoices are paid through Coupa
- DMR + Lefty analysis for departmental reports
- Work with all charity requests and action where necessary
- Point of contract for administrative duties relating to local UK cultural initiatives
- Tracking budget and raising POs for all UK cultural initiatives
- Assist with all events related to UK cultural initiatives
- Assisting with presentations for UK cultural initiatives
- Manage PR Director’s diary provide general Executive Assistant support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (you are proficient at creating PPT presentations & Excel spreadsheets)
- Prior experience in a corporate/communications team preferable
- Working in a busy office as part of a vibrant team
