Salary: $85,000 - $150,000 per year

• This position requires the candidate to be in-office 5 days a week

Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years of paralegal experience in Corporate / Securities and Private Equity / M&A
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Certificate from ABA approved Paralegal training program, or the equivalent
• Experience in handling stock administration, equity benefit plan administration, Section 16 Act compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with Shareworks or similar stock administration systems
• Great time management skills and open communication
