- Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and providing lease notice dates to CRE Manager, and maintaining a comprehensive review of all leases and tracking critical information such as notice dates, landlord details, expiry dates, deposits, rental rates, annual increases, and term length
- Monitor Real Estate share drive, tickets and shared email inbox and respond to correspondences as necessary
- Manage WeWork (and other serviced offices) accounts including but not limited to member updates and their account correspondence, credit usage tracking, working with WeWork Representatives regarding account issues and updates on leases and invoices
- Validating and consolidating Real Estate invoices for CRE Manager's approval before due dates, resolving any discrepancies
- Facilitate lease renewals for serviced offices with CRE Manager's approval, and provide assistance with the real estate budget process, including tracking rent and service charge spend, preparing monthly reports, and updating on increases
- Compiling vendor information, coordinating legal review process, and creating purchase orders for CRE department
- Demonstrate a general understanding of floor plans and coordinate with the facilities coordinator to create monthly occupancy metrics for CRE Manager
- Maintain working relationships with office managers at other locations and collect information as needed for reports
- Provide weekly Real Estate report updates to CRE Manager, and helping with financial and insurance reports, which includes creating presentations, spreadsheets, documents, and reports as needed
- Organize, schedule, and participate in meetings for new real estate requests, taking detailed meeting notes, and and produce heat maps for new office searches
- Join international meetings as needed which includes being available occasionally before and/or after normal business hours
- Provide general administrative support and assist with new office project tasks as requested by CRE Manager, in addition to performing any other duties required including conducting necessary office tours, handling new employee surveys and filling in for Facilities Coordinator time off
- 3+ years experience in commercial real estate and lease administration
- Task-oriented approach with a strong ability to prioritize effectively, and possessing exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent research and communication abilities, with the capacity to manage confidential and sensitive information
- General understanding and proficiency in interpreting lease documents
- Proficiency in collaborating with individuals at all levels, both within the organization and externally.
- Work location is onsite in our Columbia MD office 5x/week

The base hourly range for this position is $24.52 - $32.53 USD. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance.
