      Job Description Summary:

      This role will work closely with the corporate real estate transaction team to focus on key aspects of the real estate transaction process. Specific areas of focus will be on improving landlord relationship, lease administration data quality, market rent transparency and the rent forecasting processes.

      Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

      • Landlord Relationships: Support the Real Estate team in enhancing communication with landlords to build stronger partnerships by assisting in maintaining and updating landlord contact databases and analyzing landlord portfolios to identify opportunities for collaboration

      • Lease Data Quality: Collaborate with Lease Administration team to review lease data for completeness and implement solutions to address discrepancies

      • Reporting: Assist in developing standard reporting that can be shared with cross-functional partners

      • Property Rent Transparency and Forecasting: Gather and interpret market rent analysis to determine where we are over/under market rent and if there are any opportunities based on our current position and renewal options; create models to forecast 2026 rent based on lease terms and market data


      Educational Requirements:

      • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or Data Analytics with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025


      Functional Skills:

      • Proficient in Excel and strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets

      • Excellent attention to detail

      • Problem-solving mindset

      • Effective communication skills for working with internal teams and external landlords

      Monthly salary: $4,506
