- Construction design and schedule review
- Financial modeling and alternate capital sources
- Data collection, analysis and reporting
- Market research & presentations - reporting on market land sales, investment sales as well as market indicators such as rents, land prices, cap rates etc
- Lease database management and administration
- Rent and Open administration
- Management of Preventive Maintenance Contracts
- Document management and administration
- Office fit out project coordination
- Design analysis work and etc.
- Fresh graduates or graduates with less than one year working experience on full time basis
- Preferred field of studies: Civil Engineering, with 3.0 CGPA/Second Class Upper (Hons)
- All-rounded individuals with an interest in Real Estate function who enjoy challenges, diverse nature of work and strive to work with
- Self-motivated/Self starter
- Good analytical, structural thinking, problem solving skills
- Results-driven individual
- Good communications skills – excellent verbal and written English
- Planning and organizing skills

We are looking for Management Trainee in APAC at Mumbai, India.
Our Management Trainee Program is the start of an exciting journey towards a rewarding and challenging career. The program is designed to develop high potential graduates within the Company through a series of structured training programs and stretch assignments over a period of 18 months. Management Trainee will be assigned to projects with opportunity to learn through various technical & soft skills. This program serves as an entry point for graduates to equip themselves with relevant industry and functional skills and prepare themselves to be a successful Real Estate professional.
