You will be responsible for property management according to internal and legal requirements
Coordinating our service providers for hard Facilities Management and soft services and you ensure that require regular maintenance and repair work is carried out on time
Manage lease contracts according to our global portfolio management guidelines
Finding new suitable locations for the changing business and negotiate lease contracts
Participating in business case elaborations and prepare business decisions
You will be able to demonstrate your professional responsibility in Real Estate functions, this would ideally include Insight into real estate markets as well as solid knowledge of the multiple corporate real estate disciplines.
Sound knowledge in corporate real estate and/ or facilities management.
Strong communicator who can build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
You can demonstrate your insight into management of the technical and infrastructural building requirements
‘Outside the box’ thinking to find innovative solutions to produce cost and efficiency benefits.
Degree level education or a great track record and professional experience in the field of Real Estate would be ideal
Excellent Negotiation skills

This is an opportunity to be part of our UK Real Estate team managing the Real Estate portfolio of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy.
As a Corporate Real Estate Manager you will work in close collaboration with other teams within the global Real Estate organization and with other departments within the company you manage the location of the blades factory in Hull in accordance with the global real estate strategy.
You and your colleagues will be responsible for all offices, factories and warehouses in the UK and Ireland. The team’s core tasks are to ensure the rule-compliant operation of the properties and to provide best conditions for the running business of Siemens Gamesa.
