- Greeting and assisting employees and guests to ensure a warm and professional welcome
- Managing incoming calls, identifying caller needs and directing them appropriately
- Supporting staff with meeting room bookings, facilities queries and general enquiries
- Assisting with the setup and pack-down of in office events and staff initiatives
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies, including stationery, groceries and medical supplies
- Overseeing kitchen cleanliness, stock levels and dishwasher operations
- Ensure office and meeting rooms are tidy, well-presented and ready for daily use by employees and guests
- Ad hoc admin requests and enquiries requested by employees
- Experience in a corporate hospitality or customer service role, with a strong focus on professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Microsoft Teams, to manage communications effectively
- Clear and confident communication skills
- A dynamic and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond quickly to changing needs and priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team at Stockland’s Melbourne Head Office, located on Collins Street in the heart of the CBD.
This is far more than a traditional receptionist role. As the first point of contact for employees and visitors, your exceptional customer service skills will help create a welcoming and professional environment. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused setting and brings a proactive, team-oriented attitude to everything you do. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm at our Melbourne Head Office, with convenient access to public transport and all the amenities of Melbourne’s city centre.
About the Role
As the professional face of our Melbourne Head Office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of front-of-house services while delivering an outstanding experience for all attendees to the office. You’ll be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, consistently providing clear and professional communication.
