What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Participate in strategy meetings with VP, business leaders, and hiring managers
- Liaise between candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Develop job descriptions and maintain job postings on external sites
- Ensure a streamlined hiring process for all open positions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2+ years of recruiting coordinator or talent acquisition experience
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Self-starter with a motivation to succeed
