      The Residential Sales & Marketing Corporate Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process of attracting and selecting the best talent for Shaw Industries, Inc. This role will build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders within the Residential brands to understand their business strategy and priorities to meet their talent needs, acting as a consultative talent acquisition business partner. This position will work in a hybrid way from our Dalton, GA corporate offices 3-4 days per week.

      Responsibilities:

      • Source, recruit, and fill salaried positions across the organization using a modern technology stack.

      • Execute recruiting strategies that encompass marketing and sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and develop qualified candidates.

      • Identify inclusive recruiting practices, candidate tracking, conducting initial interviews using different mediums (in person, phone, or video), presenting candidates to hiring leaders, preparing candidates, leading business interview debriefs, extending and negotiating job offers, and data collection on internal candidates.

      • Skillfully position Shaw as a leading employer with a strong ability to solution sell and close candidates.

      • Ensure compliance with all Federal and State employment laws.

      • Although aligned to the residential division, recruit for other salaried positions across the organization as business needs arise

      • Contribute to talent acquisition special projects and business improvement efforts as they arise.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years previous recruiting/HR/Sales experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years Recruiting/HR/Sales experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience

      • Strong communication, writing, presentation, and negotiation skills

      • Excellent technical skills including using candidate CRM and ATS platforms

      • Travel as needed

      Preferred:

      • Experience using internet search tools, candidate databases, and internet sourcing strategies

      • Experience designing sourcing strategies and candidate research and development

      • Experience building proactive candidate pipelines for hard to fill or higher volume roles

      • Experience recruiting sales and marketing roles in a variety of US markets
