JOB DUTIES: This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead will work closely with assigned client groups providing effective and timely, full cycle recruitment support. It will create and implement a world-class experience for those that touch any part of the client recruiting process. Manage end to end recruiting for entry-level up to executive-level positions. Lead hiring manager in recruiting process (strategy meeting, determine key metrics and market availability, development of interview teams, interviewing, evaluating and hiring potential candidates for open positions ) partnership and influence. Develop and maintains effective working relationships with internal clients and HR Business Partners to support them in their recruiting needs. Actively participate as member of BU HRBP Team by attending weekly calls and BU meetings as appropriate. Consult with the hiring manager to set expectations, clarify job specifications, define required skills and develop a talent acquisition plan for each open position. Create and implement sourcing strategies in line with business objectives. Determine and implement the appropriate techniques for market, industry, skill set, and region. Keep up to date on market activities by reading industry papers, attending job fairs, professional conferences. Bringing knowledge back to Department and translating learning's into competitive advantage for the client. Manage the candidate experience during the recruitment process. Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. Analyze client requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate with client needs. Qualify candidates by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements. Prepare managers to conduct effective interviews including training in behavioral interviewing, legal compliance, and strategic skills. As necessary, appropriate reference checks on candidates to ensure authenticity of stated skills and experience. Coordinate applicable background investigations with administrative staff. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. Facilitate the relocation process. Enter all applicant flow and recruiting information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide new hire information to the appropriate HR Administrative processing contacts in a timely, accurate and complete manner. Maintain accurate documentation and integrity on all candidates and searches through the client's applicant tracking tool to ensure local legal requirements. Manage BU recruiting metrics and provide regular reports on all open positions and activity within BU. Partner with HRBP team to identify areas for improvement opportunities and to identify innovative solutions. Manage projects and assignments as required. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:5+ years of technical recruiting, preferably in semiconductor for various levels of engineering talent. Screening, candidate sourcing experience excellent communication, customer orientation skills;Bachelors Degree, preferred;Virtual Edge experience, preferred;Professional, high energy, engaging personality that comes across over the telephone;Well-developed, effective written and verbal communication skills used to gather information and engage potential candidate's interest in the company;Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.);Excellent negotiating skills coupled with strong ability to handle objections effectively;Strong detail and organizational skills with a multi-tasking style and project management approach;Self-sufficient to work with little direct supervision and collaboratively in a team environment;Ability to provide effective guidance to the business around recruitment processes and best practices;About the company
