      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and grow the employer's social impact programs globally, focusing on employee engagement, environmental responsibility, and nonprofit partnerships
      - Plan and execute volunteer initiatives and track employee giving and volunteer metrics
      - Drive participation in the SurveyMonkey Contribute program and work with product teams and nonprofits to meet company goals
      - Analyze risks and opportunities related to climate and other ESG issues, seeking improvements in processes
      - Execute social impact-related communications campaigns and publish the annual Social Impact Report

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in social impact, ESG, corporate responsibility, nonprofit, or related field
      - Strong understanding of ESG efforts, trends, reporting, and programs impacting corporate reputation and community
      - Experience managing employee-giving and volunteering programs
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Excellent organizational and project management skills
