We are currently seeking an experienced sales tax accountant.
Position Summary
The Crestview Management LLC sales tax accountant will be responsible for analyzing
monthly data received from the hotels and administration of sales tax payments, filings and
processing. The position is based at our corporate headquarters in Crestview Hills, KY.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual sales tax payments
Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales tax returns to multi-
state and local taxing jurisdictions
Manage a detailed calendar of payments and filings
Reconcile and prepare account analysis for general ledger sales tax accounts
Timely and accurately respond to and resolve any tax notices
Manage state and local sales tax and related occupancy tax audits
Research tax laws and regulations
Provide support to the hotels on sales tax related matters
Qualifications
Associate degree or relevant multi-state sales tax experience
Ability to prioritize tasks and tax filings in an organized manner
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Compensation
Salary is competitive and will be determined based on knowledge and experience.
