- SEC filings, critical securities matters, and public and private securities offerings
- Extensive client interaction
- Draft and review press releases, board consents, etc.
- Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar of California and in good standing.
- 3-7 years of experience with compliance matters, public and private securities offerings, and SEC reporting.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to stay updated on changes in labor and employment law, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years' experience with compliance matters, public and private securities offerings, and SEC reporting.
