Aligning the assessment programs to the security standards
Ensuring assessments are completed in a timely an effective manner
Ensuring the associated remediations are prioritized and completed as scheduled
Assess and enhance the current security assessment program
Partner with agents, vendors, etc. in completing the assessment
Create and manage the remediation intake process to ensure results are within standards, prioritized, and funded
Identify and implement transformative approaches to the assessment and remediation program
Analyze and report on trends from assessment and remediation
Ensure assessment program is in alignment with policies and standard
Assess and enhance the preventative maintenance progra
Serve as the assessment SME for administrative locations, critical facilities and branch operation
Serve as the point person for assessments and remediation
Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability to ensure assessments are complete and associated remediations are on track
Train security personnel on completing assessments
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of current program
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products and facilitate decision making and issue resolution
Collaborate and consult with individuals in various levels across Corporate Security and Wells Fargo
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience leading enterprise-wide projects
Experience with security equipment assessments and remediations
Red team experience
Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organizational
Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Strategic, “outside the box” thinking and the ability to quickly and effectively ramp up on unfamiliar topics
Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

About this role:
Wells Fargo Corporate Security is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead the Assessments and Remediations process.
As a Lead Business Execution Consultant/Assessments and Remediations, you be responsible for designing and managing the enterprise security assessment and remediation program for Corporate Security. This includes assessments for administration buildings, critical facilities, and branches. Additionally, this role will ensure remediations are prioritized and completed in a timely manner.
