      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide analysis and reconciliation of complex financial data to ensure compliance with regulations and accounting procedures
      - Review and improve accounting, internal control, and departmental procedures for efficiency and accuracy
      - Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned facilities
      - Act as the main point of contact for accounting support to executive directors and department heads
      - Carry out month-end closing activities, including journal entry posting and financial reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA in accounting, finance, or a relevant field is preferred
      - At least 5 years of accounting and financial reporting experience
      - Strong working knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and accounting software
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of healthcare accounting practices
      - Experience with Workday financial software
      - Ability to troubleshoot and critically think through financial processes and issues
      - Proven track record of setting priorities and strong problem-solving skills
