      Fossil is currently searching for a Corporate Service Associate to join our growing Corporate Services team! This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Depot. This ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. This position will support a wide range of functions, including shipping, mail distribution, print/copy services, and operational logistics.

      Required Skills and Experience

      ● Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

      ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      ● Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

      ● Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in high-pressure environments ● Knowledge of major shipping providers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, USPS) ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

      ● Working knowledge of Google Applications is a plus.

      ● Demonstrate the ability to multitask

      Key Responsibilities:

      ● Support daily Depot operations, including:

      o Processing incoming and outgoing domestic and international shipping and mail o Processing mail-out distributions for Retail Operations

      o Handling print and copy requests

      o Tracking and reporting monthly metrics

      o Monitoring dock deliveries and overseeing dock operations

      o Processing office supply orders across multiple locations

      o Maintaining an adequate inventory of operational supplies (e.g., shipping materials, printer paper, new hire kits)

      ● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

      ● Assist with the maintenance of the Depot inbox, shared calendar, team drive, and the department’s intranet page

      ● Ensure adherence to all vendor compliance requirements for mail, shipping, and receiving, and all other operational functions

      ● Build effective working relationships across departments to support operational goals. and collaborate with various departments

      ● Work independently and collaboratively to achieve departmental and company objectives
      ● Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
      ● Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

      Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
