      IBM CSR is seeking a senior content offerings manager who employs a unique sense of creativity, curiosity, and out-of-the box thinking when embarking on new projects and designs. The candidate in this position will partner with the in-country implementation teams to understand their business needs, design, and implement feedback approaches, and deliver ongoing feedback program enhancements. You will also analyze the data and provide insights to leadership. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the content offerings provided by the program not only meet current educational needs but also anticipate and adapt to future learning trends and technologies.

      Key Job Responsibilities include:

      Stakeholder Management:
      • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholder s and external vendors to support IBM’s Skill’s pledge by delivering geo-relevant content on IBM SkillsBuild.
      • Work closely with regional implementation teams, subject matter experts, and partners to understand local market nuances and incorporate this insight into content development and customization efforts.
      • Establish relationships with internal and external content development organizations to deliver on the content strategy.
      • Build relationships with CSR, geo and partner communication teams to support effective marketing of the content and overall storytelling of the program impact.
      Market Intelligence Analysis
      • Regularly analyze and stay abreast of the latest trends in technology, career development, and adult education to inform content strategy.
      • Understand the global credentialing landscape, including micro-digital credentials, certifications, and skills-first hiring practices, to ensure content relevance and recognition in the job market.
      Learning Principles:
      • Apply principles of adult learning theory to design and curate learning experiences that are engaging, practical, and accessible for our audiences, recognizing their unique challenges and motivations.
      Content Development and Curation:
      • Ensure content is available in multiple languages to support a global audience, with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility.
      • Lead global enablement to support IBM CSR Geo teams in their understanding, execution, and alignment of the SkillsBuild offerings.
      Partnership and Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with global partners, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to enrich the program with learning experiences, expert conversations, project-based learning, and access to specialized software and content.
      Credentialing and Career Pathways:
      • Integrate pathways for learners to earn micro-digital credentials that are recognized by the market, supporting skills-first hiring and career advancement.
      • Work with industry and educational partners to ensure credentials are stacked and aligned with career opportunities in technology and beyond.
      Evaluation and Adaptation:
      • Implement mechanisms for regular feedback from learners, partners, and industry to evaluate the impact of content and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
      • Be knowledgeable about the competing workforce development offerings available in the market and continually work on enhancing IBM’s relevance in the marketplace.
      Diversity and Inclusion:
      • Prioritize the development of learning experiences that are inclusive and accessible, catering to the diverse needs of underrepresented communities in technology.
