      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and coordinate accounting operations for assigned properties
      - Review and reconcile daily postings, accruals, and general ledger accounts
      - Prepare hotel-level financial statements as needed
      - Provide leadership and guidance to the hotel Finance/Accounting team
      - Ensure compliance with government, company, franchise, and ownership requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Multi-hotel accounting experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong emphasis on Excel
      - Working knowledge of M3 Accounting, Sage, or Peachtree software
      - Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
