We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic thinking individual to fill the role of Corporate Strategy Analyst I-III.

      This position supports corporate strategy initiatives and issues through research, development of insights and contribution to the understanding of strategic options, and the formulation of innovative strategic recommendations. In this position, you will play an important role in shaping the company's strategic direction by conducting thorough organizational, market and disruptive issues analysis, identifying inorganic and incremental growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

      Key Roles & Responsibilities

      • Conduct thorough research and analysis of disruptive influences to support and execute strategic decision-making.
      • Proactively identify, characterize, and quantify risks of proposed or on-going strategies
      • Develop working relationships – both internally and externally – to enable the free flow of information and understanding of needed analysis and strategies.
        • Interact and engage with other stakeholders and communicate findings to the team
      • Assist in the development of market strategies and value propositions as assigned.
      • Evaluate opportunities for deploying incremental capital to further enhance our current capital plan.
      • Engage with business management to identify and align strategic opportunities
      • Conduct independent analysis that would align with Corporate Strategy’s vision and strategic objectives
      • Performs all essential aspects and functions of the job and projects as assigned from time to time.

      Education, Experience, & Skills

      Corporate Strategy Analyst I

      • 4+ years of relevant, professional experience
      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Policy, Law, Engineering, Data Science or a related field preferred.
      • Strong business acumen.
      • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Develop quality relationships and work seamlessly across departments to help achieve strategic objectives.
      • Basic data-based problem-solving skillset to decode and solve complex and unstructured business questions.
      • Understanding of utility energy or banking industries.
      • Knowledge of strategy frameworks and methodologies desired.

      Corporate Strategy Analyst II

      • Minimum of 5-6 years relevant, professional experience
      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Policy, Law, Engineering, Data Science or a related field preferred.
      • Strong business acumen.
      • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Develop quality relationships and work seamlessly across departments to help achieve strategic objectives.
      • Proficiency in data-based problem-solving skillset to decode and solve complex and unstructured business questions.
      • Experience in utilities, consulting, energy, or banking.

      Corporate Strategy Analyst III

      • 6+ years of relevant, professional experience.
      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Policy, Law, Engineering, Data Science or a related field preferred.
      • Strong business acumen.
      • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Develop quality relationships and work seamlessly across departments to help achieve strategic objectives.
      • Proficiency in data-based problem-solving skillset to decode and solve complex and unstructured business questions.
      • Experience in utilities, consulting, energy, or banking.

      Desirable Traits:

      • Strategic mindset.
      • Comfort in creating work product for c-suite end-use customers.
      • Understand and leverage financial data to drive informed decision-making.
