      Salary Range:

      $80,000 USD - $135,000 USD

      Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. At Russell Investments, salary is just one part of our compensation package.       Job Description:

      Russell Investments (RI) is seeking a Corporate Strategy Analyst to support RI’s strategy to accelerate global growth. As an integral member of the Strategy team, this individual will bring an analytical and curious mindset to working at times in the team’s three areas of responsibility:

      • Corporate Strategy: Identifying new areas of growth where emerging market trends and client needs intersect with RI’s capabilities and right to win.
      • Strategic Execution: Collaborating with RI’s institutional and retail business leaders in North America, Europe/Mideast, and Asia and their teams to drive execution of that strategy.
      • Corporate Development: Accessing new capabilities and additional scale in prioritized areas through M&A and strategic partnerships.

      The position will be located in Seattle or NY.

      The responsibilities of the Corporate Strategy Analyst may include:

      • Conducting research and analysis on organic growth ideas and due diligence on corporate development opportunities.
      • Collecting and analyzing data (quantitative and qualitative) from divers sourcing and synthesizing insights.
      • Preparing materials for internal and external presentations, including to RI’s senior management and Board of Directors board meetings.
      • Working with Corporate Finance to develop business cases and financial projections.
      • Tracking progress with strategic execution and key performance indicators.

      The successful candidate will have skills and experiences including the following:

      • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/graduate degree is a plus
      • Demonstrated analytical skillset and ability to extract “so what” insights from rigorous research.
      • Strong communication skills, able to present findings credibly and effectively.
      • Experience with creating/fine-tuning presentations with MS PowerPoint and analyzing large data sets with MS Excel
      • Strong organizational skills, able to keep up with concurrent workstreams on different projects
      • Prior strategy-related experience (e.g., corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking) is a plus
      • Energized by working in a fast-moving environment, with a constant focus on innovating and winning in the global asset management market.
