What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the company’s annual strategy process, including setting the calendar and conducting strategic analysis
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance competitive positioning and support product launches
- Coordinate the company’s annual strategic summit and support executive communications
- Analyze sales and renewal trends to understand pricing execution and buyer sensitivity
- Maintain pricing and strategy hygiene content, including pricebooks and market trend updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience
- 5-7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, FP&A, In-House Corporate Strategy, and/or Pricing
- Experience with financial modeling and analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level communications
- Ability to synthesize data and concepts effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Undergraduate concentration in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Healthcare experience, particularly in the payor environment
- MBA, MPH, or MHA is welcomed but not required
