Drive Interstate’s Transformation program initiatives, including root cause problem solving and corrective action deployment, by partnering with the Strategy and Transformation Program Manager and initiative leaders
Assist with deployment of strategic planning and execution process
Implement metric and initiative reporting and communications
Build consensus and influence mid-level and senior-level stakeholders
Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer insights and competitive trends
Research and analyze internal and external data to develop fact-based and actionable recommendations and solutions
Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of experience in business operations, program/change management, management consulting and/or equivalent experience driving transformational change and breakthrough outcomes
Strong interpersonal, communication, and influence skills - able to formulate and deliver insights around complex business problems in a thoughtful and persuasive manner
Demonstrated problem-solving approach with ability to apply logic and creative thinking to solve complex problems
Strong analytical capabilities with the technical skills to process large quantities of data
Comfortable working under demanding deadlines and producing high quality deliverables
Strong personal initiative and good judgment
Desire to succeed in a demanding environment
Occasional travel required

The Corporate Strategy and Transformation Analyst will partner with business unit leaders, the Strategy and Transformation Program Manager, and the Director of Corporate Strategy and M&A to drive and execute Interstate’s business transformation at a program level, solve complex problems, conduct analysis, and inform strategic planning.

This role will report to the Director of Corporate Strategy and M&A. Could end up reporting to the Strategy and Transformation Manager depending on how that role and individual progress
Work Environment :
Hybrid in-o ffice and ‘work from home’ environmen t . Expectation for 2-3 days/week in office depending on meeting needs
