What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Support due diligence processes for major alliances, partnerships, or acquisitions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years prior experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or In-House Corporate Strategy at the analyst or associate level
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to synthesize data and concepts
- Experience with financial modeling and analytics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Strong people-influence skills within a matrixed organization
