What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate, reserve, plan, and execute all aspects of domestic and international travel
- Make airfare, car rental, hotel, and other travel reservations to meet employee needs
- Research and secure the lowest possible travel costs while ensuring organization
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and handle difficult itineraries or group travel
- Assist in negotiating contract rates for meeting spaces and accommodations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in travel coordination
- Proficiency with SABRE GDS Reservation System
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Groupize is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of world geography and travel documentation requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage business travel for high-level international meetings
