What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries for clients
- Manage time effectively while communicating with clients and resolving complaints
- Build trusting relationships with clients and provide timely information
- Conduct market research and assist in marketing activities
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies for business travelers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree from a Junior College or higher and experience in a travel agency or client service
- Familiarity with Japanese client service customs
- Fluency in English and Japanese, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and travel reservation systems
- Ability to work overtime or on weekends/holidays in case of emergencies

- Previous experience in reservations or sales in related industries
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and practices
