      Job Title: Corporate Trust Associate (Banking Transaction Operations)
      Duration: 06 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion
      Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
      Pay Range: $50-$55/hr on w2

      The position is an intermediate to advanced Corporate Trust level position for the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Agency & Trust transactions. The position will assist in implementing, maintaining new, and existing transactions.

      Responsibilities:

      • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Special Agency (Escrow, PF, Insurance, Loans).
      • Assist Transaction Managers with managing client day-to-day activities related to their transactions.
      • Assist with the Amendment process for Columbia Trust mandates
      • Assist with SNC tracking and reporting
      • Assist with supporting the distribution of relevant notices
      • Assist Transaction Managers in completion of internal projects related to their transactions and to the bank.
      • Address transactional inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients in connection with transactions.
      • Adhere to Bank's Agency & Trust policies and procedures for client onboarding, deal implementation, account opening, deal payment processing and deal maintenance.
      • Coordinate with Operations and clients for transaction set-up, activity and reporting.
      • Coordinate with Operations for inquiries from clients.

      Qualification:

      • Four Year College Degree or equivalent experience.
      • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in implementation and maintenance of Corporate Agency & Trust transactions.
      • Work experience in a financial institution with job specific work experience in Corporate Agency & Trust transactions.
      • Excellent accuracy and strong attention to detail
      • Good organizational skills - ability to multitask and prioritize
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
      • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
      • Strong writing, analytical and communications skills. Must be able to multitask and complete projects on time.
      • Ability to understand and draw conclusions from research conducted.
      • Should be a self-starter, and organized, and must have the ability to work independently, without supervision.
