      Job Responsibilities:

      - Analyze potential opportunities and develop models to assess them
      - Create and refine models for new investment and project development opportunities
      - Assist in developing presentation materials for Energy Transition efforts
      - Lead budgeting and ongoing monitoring of capital and operating expenses
      - Provide administrative support for Corporate Ventures team

      Required Experience and Skills:

      - 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or corporate finance
      - Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, business, or engineering
      - Expert in Microsoft Excel and familiar with statistical packages
      - Strong interpersonal skills with effective written and verbal communication
      - Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

      Preferred Experience and Skills:

      - Knowledge of the energy industry
      - Experience in the use and development of PowerBI
