      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the strategic implementation roadmap and architecture blueprint for ServiceNow
      - Provide architectural oversight and governance for project and enhancement requests
      - Establish and manage technical governance processes for development and administrative teams
      - Guide and support the implementation of ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, and other ServiceNow modules
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - 10+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience with a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture
      - Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, Vulnerability Response, and related modules
      - Experience with governance frameworks, security models, and ITIL best practices
      - ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant areas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies for ServiceNow development
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
