      Purpose

      The CoSec Learner is primarily responsible for providing support to TMF GEM staff. The CoSec learner is expected to assist and take instructions from the, GEM Manager, GEM Supervisor and GEM Administrators to assist them with the day-to-day management of the various portfolio entities
      Key responsibilities:
      Under the supervision and guidance of the GEM Manager, GEM Supervisor and GEM Administrators, the Cosec Learner is primarily responsible for:
      1. Company administration
      1.1 Incorporation of the in-house shelf companies and maintenance of a suitable stock
      1.2 Submit, communicate and monitor all required CIPC actions, including, but not limited to:
      a. CS Annual returns
      b. CS Company changes (Director Changes & Registered Office Changes)
      1.3 Upkeep and maintain CS company statutory records, both electronic and hardcopy (where required)
      1.4 Compilation of the documentation required by the TMF accounting and tax department for the preparation of the CS annual financial statement
      1.5 Assisting with the facilitation of printing, signature and scanning of any on- demand documentation requests in relation to the entities

      2. Trust administration
      2.1 Where required, assist the GEM Administrators with the co-ordination and compilation of the Trust registration or Trustee amendment packs for registration with the Master of the High Court
      2.2 Upkeep and maintain trust statutory records, both electronic and hardcopy
      3. General administration
      3.1 Assisting as required with the creation, maintenance and updating of client records, both physical and electronic, in an orderly and comprehensive manner. This will include the upkeep and maintenance of all systems, including, but not limited to, View Point and CaseWare Time
      4. Compliance
      4.1 Request from CIPC information in relation to the TMF directors and their listed directorships
      4.2 Create and maintain director disclosures for all appointed directors.
      5. General
      5.1 Assist the GEM Manager, GEM Supervisor and GEM Administrators with any of the ad hoc projects
      5.2 Perform any reasonable assignment requested by the GEM Manager, GEM Supervisor and GEM
