What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct cosmetic inspections and final quality inspections on vehicles
- Perform vehicle cleaning, paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing according to company standards
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities with the team
- Drive vehicles on and off the lot and assist with vehicle movement
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to complete all required training, including KRONOS Training for Hourly Associates
- Must meet Reconditioning Associate and Reconditioning I performance standards
- Must lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Effective communication skills for dealing with customers and associates
- Ability to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in vehicle reconditioning or detailing
- Familiarity with CarMax standards and operational procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
