Job Description
- Req#: R4781
- Prepare and submit the weekly / monthly Assembly Job Close Variance (JCV) report to the Senior Cost Accountant or Cost Accounting Section Head for review.
- Prepare, analyze and submit the weekly billing report to Financial Reporting Group intended for AML’s confirmation.
- Prepare and submit the weekly / monthly Assembly Yield Variance and Yield Loss Report to the Senior Cost Accountant or Cost Accounting Section Head for review.
- Prepare the monthly JCV Reconciliation and month-end JCV journal entries to be submitted to the Cost Accounting Section Head for review and approval.
- Monitoring of costed rework lots using Billings report (this will be matched against JCV report).
- Monitoring of Shop Floor Adjustment (this will be used to verify against any BOM usage rate update).
- Monitoring of Actual equipment model used per operation (this will be used in the yearly update of resources in Oracle)
- Monitoring of actual production supplies used (to be used during Planning).
- Prepare assigned AML EDM Oracle Cost Update Worksheets sent by Allegro EDM Team and send prepped worksheets to their respective Allegro Cost Accounting Team Member(s) for Oracle Updating
- Assists in the updating of cost(s) in Oracle as delegated by the Allegro Cost Accounting Section Head or Manager.
- Monitor and update all Oracle Cost Update Requests / Oracle Cost Alerts / Issues Log and provide updates to the whole team on a daily or timely basis
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- CPA license an advantage but not necessary
- Working knowledge of the entire finance functions
- Keen on details and can explain them
- Ability to execute financial controls
- Working knowledge of Philippine local finance and accounting practices
- Abreast with industry practices
- A firm grasps of all accounting functions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate with people in various levels of organization
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
