What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, maintain, and update project cost reports
- Conduct analyses of Project Agreements and support preparation of LTA Reports
- Engage with clients to present analyses and conduct project site visits to verify progress
- Develop and maintain Excel-based models of costs and cash flow for infrastructure projects
- Review payment requests from contractors to verify completed work

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, business, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, finance, engineering, or a related field
- Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prepare written reports and summaries of financial, technical, and contractual material
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout North America, with an expected travel range of 50% to 75%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Introductory knowledge of project management, project finance, and contracts
- Ability to understand and analyze Project Agreements and identify risks
