What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain budget standards, guidelines, and project control processes
- Support project controls analysts and specialists in achieving project results
- Provide technical advice on Project Controls Management tools
- Conduct project controls health checks to ensure alignment with business procedures
- Facilitate the Enbridge Cost Community of Practice as a representative of the Project Management Office

What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree in engineering, business, or a project management-related field with 10+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive experience in planning, budgeting, analysis, and forecasting, with a strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and earned value management
- Experience with oil and gas construction projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on effective interaction with peers and collaborators
- PMI PMP and/or PSP certification with AACE International considered assets
