What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop cost estimates for projects based on work scope, specifications, and contract proposals
- Analyze project requirements to identify labor, material, equipment, and service needs
- Utilize benchmark data and historical pricing to create detailed cost estimates
- Employ various estimating methods and specialized software tools to generate estimates
- Produce and maintain financial statements, work-in-progress reports, and general ledgers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS, ProPricer)
- Experience in cost estimating, material and labor forecasting, or financial analysis
- Familiarity with government contracting regulations, including FAR/DFARS and TINA compliance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Experience with parametric estimating techniques and forecasting models
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
