      As a Costpoint Services Developer you will partner with Operations to understand business and technical processes, translating them into integrated Costpoint solutions. Your work will impact the productivity of thousands of rocket scientists and engineers throughout the company.

      Responsibilities:

      • Participate in technology strategy development and roadmap planning to expand the use of Costpoint and other Deltek Products across programs

      • Work with Enterprise Architects to design integrated solutions using Costpoint Web Services Web Interface Console (WIC) and Extensibility and functional organizations.

      • Design, develop and deploy integrations using Costpoint Web Integration Methods and Modules.

      • Develop customizations to support Blue Origin process and data standards using Costpoint Extensibility.

      • Use Costpoint Extensibility to build customizations in Costpoint to enforce Blue Origin requirements.

      • Provide platform expertise to integrate external third-party commercial systems for tax calculation, restricted party screening and other functions.

      • Debug complex system failures involving multiple systems. Establish root cause and define corrective actions.

      • Lead interface design and development between Costpoint and external manufacturing, systems platforms used at Blue.

      • Manage the landscape of systems and data in use at Blue Origin to support Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics.

      • Partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders and software engineering teams

      • Mentor team members in Costpoint Web Integration Methods and Modules and Costpoint Extensibility.

      Qualifications:

      • B.S. degree in information technology, computer science, management or equivalent job
      • Experience
      • 10+ years of experience in the design, build and delivery of complex technical solutions.
      • 4+ years working with Deltek Costpoint and Web Services.
      • Strong understanding of the underlying Costpoint and Costpoint Time databases and concepts – data dictionaries, working/temporary tables and more.
      • Time management skills and the flexibility to be on-call to address and resolve unexpected systems and technical emergencies.
      • Strong written and verbal communications in technical work environments
      • Ability to work independently and lead rapid development programs
      • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and shifting delivery dates
      • Attention to detail, organization, and high level of accuracy
      • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

      Desired:

      • Experience with Costpoint Accounting, Projects, Materials, People and Time & Expense domains.
      • 10+ years building and debugging Deltek Costpoint Web Services and Extensibility Units.
