- Bachelors Degree in a related field or currently enrolled in coursework to obtain a Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Two (2) years' inpatient experience
- One (1) year's experience in a leadership role
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Certification required or eligible to become CMA certified within three (3) months of hire
- Must possess a valid Drivers License and meet the driving requirements of the Agency

Job Details
As an Inpatient Cottage Coordinator, you will be a member of the Inpatient Team providing professional direct care services that are client centered and strengths based. This leadership position requires sound decision making skills, role modeling and direct oversight of staff within assigned cottages. The Inpatient Cottage Coordinator is accountable for the day to day operations including scheduling, interviewing, training and development along with supervision of treatment and cottage operations.
