From award-winning hospitals and leisure facilities to flagship community programmes – we’ll do whatever it takes to look after the UK’s emotional wellbeing. It starts with passion and commitment to quality. It starts with you.

Our Bristol Clifton FWC is seeking a Counsellor. As part of our clinical team, you will be providing high quality Counselling Therapy to private sector clients. You will experience a varied client base from self-pay, GP, corporate clients and private medical insurance referrals.

You will be delivering remote and face to face assessments and treatments either as stand-alone therapy or part of a more comprehensive package of vocational rehabilitation care, supported by our experienced and dedicated case management and administration team.

What are we looking for from you to join us as a Therapist:

      • Accredited to BABCP (provisional accreditation with BABCP as a minimum)

      • A postgraduate diploma in CBT (or equivalent) as our minimum requirement

      • Excellent organisation and communication skills with a focus on patients care and customers.

      Helping you feel good.

We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued. That’s why we’ve developed a benefits package with you in mind. From free private healthcare to gym membership, a cycle to work scheme and more. At Nuffield Health, we take care of what’s important to you.

We offer 1:1 and peer supervision plus comprehensive continuous professional development consisting of an annual contribution of £500 (pro rata for P/T) and in-house training. In addition, we will support you to achieve your EMDR qualification and other long-term career development opportunities in supervision, leadership and corporate settings that come with a growing service.

Join Nuffield Health and create the future you want, today.
