      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions
      - Perform utilization review and discharge planning functions
      - Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure safe and timely patient care
      - Assess psychosocial risk factors and provide appropriate interventions
      - Act as a liaison in cases of child abuse/neglect, adult/elderly abuse/neglect, and domestic violence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
      - Current licensure or license eligibility in the state of Indiana as an HSPP, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC
      - Knowledge of psychosocial assessments, therapeutic counseling, and crisis intervention
      - Familiarity with state and county adult and child protective legal mandates
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in healthcare, mental health, or community-based settings
      - CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) certification
      - Strong relationships with community, medical teams, and other relevant agencies
