      Minimum Requirements:
      Applicants must hold either a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-A) or a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) License and be in good standing with all licensing boards relevant to their current License.

      -Must possess the ability to test, screen, and evaluate residents for drug and alcohol abuse and addiction,
      -Must possess the ability to administer and fill out psycho-social histories, drug and alcohol profiles,
      screenings and evaluations, and maintain chronologicals,
      -Must possess the ability to develop treatment plans,
      -Must possess the ability to implement treatment plans to include the twelve (12) step recovery program,
      -Must possess the ability to implement group counseling sessions,
      -Must possess the ability to prepare written evaluations and report progress of residents every 90 days,
      -Must possess the ability to prepare discharge summaries on exiting residents,
      -Must possess the ability to assist residents in the aftercare program,
      -Must possess one (1) year of formal training, or experience in human relations and working with
      disadvantaged or underprivileged individuals preferred,
      -Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance for work related travel at all times and,
      -Bilingual preferred.

      Other:
      -Must have not ever been convicted of or placed on court-ordered community supervision/probation
      for any criminal offense classified as a Class B misdemeanor or higher.

      NOTE: Under the Fair Labor Standards Act, this is a non-exempt position.
