- Responsible for leading new business outreach and meeting/exceeding goals.
- Effectively deliver the Company story, value proposition, and products.
- Drive new revenue and increase market share in a defined territory and industry.
- Manage and optimize the sales strategy implementing all aspects of the sales cycle.
- Develop long-term strategic relationship with new and key customers
- Meet individual and PSA BDP’s KPIs and goals.
- Actively work together with operations team to optimize global operations in identifying and developing services and solutions.
- A strong track record in senior-level sales within Freight Forwarding and Logistics, including proven success in building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in another European language is a strong advantage.
- An established and extensive network of customers within the UK and Ireland markets.
- A consistent history of meeting and exceeding company KPIs and objectives.
- Experience implementing company-wide sales strategies and clearly defining sales processes.
- The ability to analyze sales challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- A proven history of successfully acquiring and retaining A, B, and C level clients.
- Proficiency in managing an accurate sales pipeline and generating reliable monthly market forecasts.
- A proactive, creative, and self-disciplined approach with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience targeting and securing business with leading companies in the Chemical, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Retail, and Automotive industries.

About The Role
Drive significant sales growth in the UK and Ireland by leveraging your proven sales track record to forge and maintain profitable business relationships.
Spearhead new business outreach, consistently exceeding goals by presenting our compelling logistics solutions (3PL, LLP, and general freight services) to large organizations in the chemical, life science, consumer products, and retail sectors.
Collaborating with your team, you will manage the full sales cycle, implement effective strategies, and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts. Your contributions will directly impact our KPIs and market share, and you will partner with operations to optimize global operations and develop innovative service offerings.
To excel in this role, you will demonstrate:
Qualifications / Experience Required:
- Education: University degree preferred, or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
- Sales Experience: 10-15 years of proven success in sales roles.
- Industry Expertise: Significant experience in logistics sales, supply chain management, and/or within our target industries (chemical, life science, consumer products, retail).
- Organizational Skills: Experience working effectively within a matrixed environment.
