- Create Enabling Objectives (EOs) and Key Learning Points (KLPs).
- Establish the most appropriate method and media for the course / training activity.
- Create effective assessments which match the appropriate level.
- Utilising appropriate software, develop eLearning materials aligned to the requirements.
- Review existing training materials in order to work towards course design improvements and efficiencies.
- Ability to research new subjects, design and develop new materials.
- Knowledge of technical authorship.
- Experience in vehicle / mechanical / engineering systems.
- Level 3 or above teaching / training qualification.

The role
As a Course Designer – Mechanical Engineering, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. The Course Designer will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of technical courses predominantly focussed on engineering, vehicles, and defence equipmentDay-to-day, you’ll be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of technical courses predominantly focussed on engineering, vehicles, and defence equipment.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is fully remote alongside travel when required to the customer sites at Warminster, Bovington and Andover.Essential experience of the Course Designer – Mechanical Engineering

Security Clearance
