      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently process court documents and enter data into the case tracking system
      - Prepare and issue a variety of legal documents such as citations, writs, and subpoenas
      - Respond to legal and administrative inquiries and prepare legal documents for judge's signature
      - Conduct reviews of legal documents and ensure proper indexing and scanning into imaging systems
      - Assist judges in the jury selection process and maintain jury records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Four (4) years of responsible administrative and clerical experience in a court system
      - Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and the criminal justice system
      - Strong analytical skills to review and process legal documents
      - Ability to handle high volumes of detail-oriented work and prioritize tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in training subordinate staff in court operations and procedures
      - Familiarity with electronic document imaging systems and case tracking software
      - Previous experience working directly with judges and court personnel
      - Understanding of mental health commitment processes and related legal documentation
