What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retrieve case information from courts in person, by phone, or online
- Communicate effectively with court clerk staff to obtain necessary information
- Review and analyze criminal court data according to FCRA reporting guidelines
- Maintain knowledge of all current reporting guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of data entry experience
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience conducting criminal or civil records research
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- Familiarity with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
- FCRA Criminal Records Researcher Certification
- Knowledge within the background screening industry
