2 rotations over 24 – 36 months
Possible rotations include Wealth and Asset Management , Financial Reporting, Expense Management, Internal Audit, Corporate Controllers, Taxation, Internal Controls, Financial Planning & Analysis
Formal support through your CPA journey including a CPA mentor, paid study time off, financial support for courses and exams, including the CFE exam
Provide support and manage aspects of monthly and quarterly financial re porting and analysis
Support culture of continuous improvement through ongoing analysis of procedures and process automation
Collaborate with management to highlight possible risks and opportunities while taking initiative to escalate issues impacting financial results
Support the needs of our evolving organization through the development of reports that provide new or additional information concerning financial and business performance
Gr aduating in 202 5 from an accredited university and committed to attaining a CPA certification, and will be eligible for CPA PEP courses upon graduation
Well-developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter and team player with a high level of initiative, strong work ethic and the ability to gather, synthesize, organize, and report information
Strong proficiency in Excel
Aptitude to identify and make impactful recommendations, improve existing and developing new processes

Business Intelligence Stream (Optional Add-on)
In addition to the traditional CPA rotation program, Manulife also offers the opportunity to gain experience in the business analytics functions, where you will rapidly enhance your data management skills using tools such SQL, SAS, PowerBI , Alteryx, and Python. The business intelligence stream candidate will receive an added 12-month rotation in a business analytics function in addition to the two rotations in traditional accounting roles. Experience in programing/data analytics would be considered an asset.

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Salary range is expected to be between
$52,650.00 CAD - $87,750.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
