- Assists in monitoring compliance with the continuing education compliance process and drives the interaction with related teams outside of the learning COE to achieve goals.
- Deep knowledge of Service Line Learning Frameworks
- Supports the CPE and Learning Compliance communication process
- Identifies emerging risks and proposes solutions to address these.
- Understands the need for change initiatives and is a positive advocate for necessary changes as relates to the process.
- Identifies and leverages opportunities to enhance or develop the process in order to achieve stated goals.
- Ability to build client relationships so that expectations are met or exceeded by advising what to expect and by when, and through listening and responding to client’s needs.
- Understands key requirements of rules and firm policies and is knowledgeable about other areas outside of own area.
- Demonstrates general technical knowledge and keeps abreast of emerging knowledge, trends and lessons learned regarding learning compliance and related areas. Translates this knowledge into action plans and recommendations as appropriate.
- This role must maintain a deep understanding of these jurisdiction requirements and provide learning administration and compliance monitoring support.
- Helps with communication in along with the Risk and Compliance Assistant Director with the platform vendor and internal stakeholders to define requirements and design jurisdictions prior to launch and assesses the need for learning administration and compliance monitoring support.
- Provides concierge level support to SL members in meeting their learning requirements.
- Good interpersonal, organizational and responsive customer service skills with an attention to detail

- Strong analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships between problems and issues
- Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years related work experience
- Able to successfully handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- The ability to exercise significant levels of independent judgment and discretion when analyzing complex issues and risk across and service lines
- Use your knowledge and experience and refer to the firm's Learning Compliance and related policies and regulations, to identify appropriate opportunities and solutions
- Requires an understanding of the high-level technology issues surrounding learning compliance
- Position will interface with executive leaders and must be able to demonstrate expanded knowledge of Learning Compliance functional area while communicating process/es, identifying and providing solutions for mitigating risk factors
- Overtime will be required throughout the year and will vary based on volume of work in the pipeline
- Knowledge of data visualization technologies such as Power BI preferred
- Previous CPE compliance experience

CPE and Learning Compliance Management Associate

The opportunity
The CPE and Learning Compliance Management Associate works in conjunction with the RM Process Management Assistant Director to support and manage the various educational requirements for Firm professionals. The role has a deep understanding of the CPE requirements, Service Line (SL) Learning Framework and supports EY programs and management of CPE and mandatory firmwide learning. This role also supports the learner communications program and helps monitor adherence to the Firm’s education policies to ensure its client serving professionals maintain a high degree of compliance. This includes working with Global Learning and HR Services to provide a consistent framework through the Learning Management System to facilitate compliance with the required standards. The individual updates stakeholders and provides ongoing consultations with learning and quality leaders to ensure a full understanding of EY’s learning requirements.

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $50000 to $88000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $60000 to $100000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
