- Develop insights-led omnichannel marketing strategies for various consumer PC product lines, especially in driving consideration and purchase
- Drive creation and execution of omnichannel assets to design world-class shopping experiences on HP.com and at key retailers around the world, both in store and online
- Craft product messaging that concisely communicates value propositions, features, and KSPs in a way in which shoppers clearly understand the benefits
- Ensure close collaboration with business partners, market marketing partners, and go to market teams to bring to life the 4Ps of marketing
- Manage marketing agencies to develop their best creative work that drive measurable results
- Manage project budgets and forecasting for assigned initiatives
- Minimum of 5 years in professional marketing roles
- Digital mastery with demonstrable knowledge and experience of omnichannel marketing, content marketing and media, ideally in a consumer, retail, or ecommerce environment
- Experience with marketing asset production including but not limited to photography, video, digital and traditional media
- You will be able to identify great creative from average creative
- Proven track record of agency/client management
- High level of tact and diplomacy
- Ability to interact with all levels of the company, from top to bottom
- Budget planning and process management
- WW, Regional and Country experience

Our Global Consumer PC Marketing team is looking for an experienced Omnichannel Marketing Manager that is equally adept at developing insights-driven customer journey strategies as they are with rolling up their sleeves to understand which tactical levers will optimize conversion and purchase. In this role you will work cross-functionally with global business units, go to market teams and country marketers.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and have a bias for action, with a deep understanding of the conversion and purchase phase of the customer journey. You understand the breadth of omnichannel marketing from the importance of accurate product positioning to driving world-class creative and data driven insights around path to purchase.
