What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with lending lines of business to evaluate business changes and ensure compliance with fair lending laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the Director of Community Reinvestment to prepare CRA performance dashboards and annual self-assessments
- Monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to manage CRA compliance risks
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and compile CRA reports for various stakeholders
- Develop and maintain reporting data models and dashboards for community development and business stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Social Science, Economics, or Statistics
- 1-2 years of experience in Community Reinvestment Act or Community Development preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide pragmatic recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with a deep understanding of data manipulation and reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of CRA and Fair Lending practices
- Familiarity with corporate compliance programs, including risk assessments and policy development
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and creative thinker comfortable with data analysis
- Experience with creating visually engaging presentations
- Certification as a CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) is a plus
