What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with lending lines of business to evaluate proposed business changes for compliance with fair lending laws
- Develop strategies and commitments to CRA obligations by engaging with personnel across various business units
- Prepare CRA performance dashboards and self-assessments for quarterly reporting to management and committees
- Monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to ensure CRA compliance risks are managed effectively
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify areas of opportunity and prepare CRA reports for stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Social Science, Economics, or Statistics
- 1-2 years of Community Reinvestment Act or Community Development experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities within deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with a deep understanding of data manipulation and reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with corporate compliance programs, including risk assessments and policy/procedure development
- CRA and Fair Lending experience preferred
- Knowledge of Finance is a plus
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and a creative thinker comfortable analyzing data
