What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and monitor clinical trials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate trial execution
- Conduct site visits and ensure proper documentation is maintained
- Identify and resolve issues related to clinical trial progress
- Provide training and support to site personnel as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related field
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as required for site visits
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electronic data capture systems
- Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- Certification from a recognized clinical research organization
