What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze CRA regulations to evaluate potential community development activities
- Prepare rationale write-ups that accurately reflect the employer's activities and their impact on communities
- Coordinate and support volunteer event opportunities specific to CRA/Community Development
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding questions and concerns
- Assist in compliance with policies and procedures related to volunteer management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in community reinvestment or program management
- Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in community reinvestment or program management
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience in a Community Reinvestment Act capacity (1st, 2nd, or 3rd Line of Defense)
- Experience in Volunteer Management and CRA program compliance
- Background at a FDIC regulated financial institution or as an Examiner
